This project focused on elevating the kitchen and living room while thoughtfully reworking the existing footprint. In the kitchen, we preserved the original cabinetry, refinishing and painting it to give the space a fresh, updated foundation. The island was expanded to improve functionality and gathering space, and finished with a waterfall-edge countertop for a modern, sculptural feel. New hardware, countertops, a statement backsplash, and all-new lighting layered warmth and dimension throughout. A custom range hood anchors the kitchen, while the wet bar was reconfigured and redesigned to enhance both flow and usability.

The living room underwent a complete fireplace renovation, with a full gut and redesign that introduced custom built-ins for added storage and architectural interest. The space was completed with new furniture selections, creating a cohesive, comfortable environment that connects seamlessly to the kitchen.
