Poppy & Pearl Salon was a full gut renovation of a former Pilates studio, transformed into a bright, coastal-inspired salon designed to maximize both function and flow. Working closely with owner Cori, we brought her vision to life by completely reworking the layout to better support the day-to-day needs of a busy salon. The space plan was redesigned to accommodate additional styling chairs and improve circulation, ultimately shifting the original configuration to create a more efficient and elevated experience for both clients and stylists.

Thoughtful finish selections, creative wall storage, and custom cut-out shelving were incorporated to maximize storage without compromising openness. From concept through completion, this project focused on smart space planning, flexibility, and a fresh, coastal aesthetic that feels welcoming, functional, and intentional.
