This ground-up new build in Aspen was completed in collaboration with Shirley Robinson Design, with Shirley Robinson serving as Principal and Lead Designer. I worked on the project as an independent contractor, contributing as part of the design team throughout the entire process.

The project involved extensive revisions to the initial architectural floor plans to maximize lodging capacity and functionality for short-term rental use. Across three stories, the home was thoughtfully programmed to include a gym, sauna, spa room, media/theater room, bunk room, and two private suites. The design balances modern mountain aesthetics with durable, high-performance materials suited for vacation rental wear and tear.

A key focus of the project was incorporating clever solutions to increase sleeping capacity while maintaining comfort, flow, and a high-end experience for guests. The result is a flexible, hospitality-driven residence designed to accommodate groups without sacrificing style or livability.
